About the project
|
The genome sequencing of T. melanosporum was performed by the Genoscope, Institut de Genomique, CEA. The automatic genome annotation made use of the GAZE framework. Manual genome annotation and transcriptome analysis were performed by an international consortium coordinated by INRA-Nancy. This project received funds from Genoscope, Institut de Genomique, CEA, the European FP6 Network of Excellence EVOLTREE, Region Lorraine, the ANR FungEffector project, Fondazione Cariparma, Compagnia di San Paolo-Torino, the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR), Regione Umbria and Instituto Pasteur Fondazione Cenci Bolognetti. |
