History
Missions
January 1997- Creation of the Public Interest Goup (GIP) “Centre National de Séquençage”, for a period of 10 years
July 2002- Integration of Genoscope into the new GIP, "Consortium National de Recherche en Genomique (CNRG), which also included the Centre National de Genotypage (CNG) and the National Network of Genopoles (RNG)
May 2007- Integration of Genoscope and the CNG into an 8th Institute of the CEA (French Atomic Energy Commission), in the Life Sciences section.
