Genoscope is undertaking the sequencing of about 160,000 ESTs from four total mRNA libraries (hyphae, conjugating cells, sporidia) from four strains of Microbotryum violaceum isolated from Silene latifolia, Silene nutans, Silene vulgaris and Dianthus carthusianorum.
Simple 5’ reads will be performed; the libraries have not been normalized and the insert size varies from 200 to 850 base pairs
