In order to identify genes involved in certain kinds of human leukemia, the 13q14.3 region of human chromosome 13, ranging from markers D13S272 to GCT16C05 is being sequenced, from material constituted by PACs 4E7 and 63H3 and BAC 93D9 provided by the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
