Analysis of the process of self-renewal using SAGE

This project involves the sequencing of 11 “SAGE” libraries prepared from:

avian stem cells (8 libraries).
human stem cells in the process of self-renewal, competence and differentiation (3 libraries).

6,000 reads in one direction will be performed for each library, for a total of about 65,000 reads.
